Registering Your Copy of TCOYF

If your serial number does not work in your current version, you may need to to update your software to the most recent version of Ovusoft by clicking here: Taking Charge of Your Fertility Software Update. When you click the link, your browser will ask you what to do with the file -- tell it to Run (or Open) it when the download is complete and the installation will start automatically.  If you get a message that says "Authenticode signature not found," just disregard it.

If you need additional assistance with anything, you can also send an e-mail to support@tcoyf.com.  We attempt to respond within 24 hours to all e-mail received.  If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please re-send your request as there is a chance that your e-mail did not arrive or our response did not make it back.

 
Recording Your Serial Number

After registering your software, you will be taken to a web page where your serial number will be provided.  This serial number will convert your trial software into a full-working version.  (At the web price, we cannot afford to mail CDs, so all software is delivered electronically. CDs will be available in the near future from this site, albeit at a higher price to cover media, packaging, fulfillment and shipping charges).

You will also receive an e-mail receipt with the subject line Ovusoft, LLC Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation, this receipt contains your serial number on the Description line.  In addition, you should also receive an e-mail with a subject line similar to Taking Charge of Your Fertility Software Registration containing your serial number along with detailed instructions on registering your software.  If you do not receive any of these e-mails, please contact us right away by sending e-mail to support@tcoyf.com.

To register your software, please do the following:

1) First, you must have already downloaded and installed TCOYF Fertility Software on your computer. 

If you have already done this, proceed to Step 2. If you have not yet done so, please download the TCOYF installation program from:

When your browser asks you what to do with the file, tell it to Run (or Open) it. This will launch the installation program as soon as the download completes, simply follow the on-screen instructions provided. If you need help at any time, please send an e-mail to support@tcoyf.com.

2) If TCOYF isn't running already, start it. When the trial screen displays, click the Learn More... button at the lower right corner. 

If TCOYF is already running, then just click the Register option in the main menu. 

3) Either method in Step 2 will bring up a new screen, when it displays, click the Next Step button in the lower right corner. 

4) Now just copy and paste the serial number provided in your e-mail or on the web page into the first box of the serial number entry area. This should automatically fill in all of the 5 boxes with each segment of the serial number. If pasting it doesn't work, then just manually enter each segment into the appropriate box on the screen.

5) After entering the serial number into the software, the Register my Software! button will change from shades of gray to a colored button like the others on the form. Click this button when it changes color.  If your serial number has been entered correctly, you will receive a message telling you so and suggesting that you write it down for future reference.
