GENERAL & REGISTRATION ISSUES 

1. What are the system requirements for Ovusoft?

2. When running Ovusoft my system freezes or I get "low system resources" messages and am forced to close the application.  How can I prevent this?

3. I didn't receive a serial number when I purchased the software, how can I unlock the program?  How do I record my serial number in Ovusoft?

4. I was charged more than once when I purchased the software, how can I get credit for the extra charges?

5. The Ovusoft help file doesn't open when I click on the menu options or press F1 in the software, what can I do to fix this?

6. The system check utility says I need "MDAC", what is this and why do I need it?

7. I'm having trouble downloading a 8 MB file to install the software, is there anything else I can do to get it?

8. Is Ovusoft available on CD-ROM?  Can I buy Ovusoft in a store?

9.  I don't want to use my credit card over the Internet, is there some other way I can buy the software?

10. Does Ovusoft run on the Mac?

11. I have Ovusoft on one computer and want to transfer it to another one, how can I do this?

12. I am breastfeeding my infant and have not a had a period yet, can I use Ovusoft?

CALENDAR & DATA ENTRY ISSUES

1. Ovusoft shows more than one ovulation day, why?

2. My ovulation icons ("eggies") disappeared after a recalculation, how can I get them back?

3. Whenever I enter a temperature, Ovusoft changes it to something else.

4. How do I change the colors and icons on the Calendar?

5. The Calendar colors sometimes come up as black, brown and/or an ugly shade of green. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?

6. What are the colored days in the future that I see on my Calendar? I know I didn't enter them, so why are they there?

7. I see the word "triphasic" on my Calendar, what does this mean?

8. I see "DPO" on my Calendar, what does this mean?

9. How do I recalculate a cycle?

CHART & WEBCHART ISSUES

1. How do I get Ovusoft to calculate and display a coverline? 

2. I can't see anybody else's WebCharts. 

3. I can't publish my own WebCharts. 

4. What does "Peak" signify on the WebChart?

5. What does "Temp count" signify on the WebChart?

6. I'm having problems publishing with AOL and/or Netscape and would like to use Internet Explorer as my default browser as recommended, how do I do this?
 

ANALYSIS & CALCULATION ISSUES

1. Ovusoft isn't calculating ovulation using my fertility signs, why?

2. Ovusoft has calculated ovulation earlier than it should have, due to some unusual temperatures and/or cervical fluid observations.  How can I make it identify ovulation correctly in this case?  How can I set the ovulation date to my estimate?  How can I indicate that a cycle is anovulatory?

3. What is a coverline?  How does Ovusoft determine a coverline?

4. Why did my coverline change?

5. I don't agree with Ovusoft's calculation of Peak cervical fluid.  How does it determine this?

6. I don't agree with Ovusoft's fertility or ovulation interpretation, how can I override it?

7. How do I recalculate a cycle?

8. On recalculation, Ovusoft changed or removed my ovulation and fertility predictions, why?

9. What does "...no further prompting" mean under the Signs to Use... option within the Calculation tab of the Preferences window.

10. What is the "Rule of Thumb"?  What is a "disturbance"?  What's the difference between the two?

11. Why does Ovusoft change my default entry time in advance of changes to and from Daylight Savings Time? 

12. I have a cycle which was unusual and I don't want it skewing my forecasts and cycle analyses, how can I exclude it from interpretation?  

13. What are triphasic temperature patterns and how does Ovusoft interpret them?  

14. Every time I change my cycle data using the Fertility Signs window from the Calendar, Ovusoft has to recalculate from that point on.  I want to make multiple changes but this is taking too long!  How can I fix this?

15. Can I go back in time and enter historical information into Ovusoft?  What's the best way to do this?
